Obverse, left of forehead/bridge of nose and left of upper lip. Raised metal material. Thoughts? Thank you.

Looks like small Die Chips from tiny pieces of metal chipping out of the die. I can also see a ton of die flow lines on your coin, indicating it's in a Very Late Die State.

Here is an obverse die clash:
1999-P-Roosevelt-Dime,-Obverse,-Two-Extra-Metal-Areas,-Attached.--Thoughts?
Not really seeing much of a match. The obverse die may have rotated with the hair area on the 'Y' on LIBERTY. The eyebrow looks like a die chip. The other areas are not easy to see what it would be. The die is in the LDS/VLDS die state when your coin was struck. So I'm unsure what happened yet. Probably not much of any premium for this though. Just knowing it is always helps.
