The one with a kangaroo is an Australian Half Penny. The others appear to be pennies from Great Britain.

All very common and worth only perhaps a few cents in such worn condition if sold.

It's a matter of your personal preference. You would not be damaging any potential value by cleaning these particular coins.

Since there's essentially no value to these coins, cleaning them doesn't really matter. In most cases it's a bad idea though so always check.
