Not worth grading as it's only worth a few dollars more than the grading fee

It looks UNC, but with poor eye appeal. Could be AU, the photos aren't that good. Whatever the grade, 1937 is a common date Aussie crown and it's not worth grading with this lack of attractiveness. You won't get your money back on grading it, it's worth the lower UNC pricing level and no more.

The first 2 photos would lead me to say that it is cleaned as it looks to have no lustre.Better photos might prove me wrong but as it sits I would think a value of $40 would be fair so spending $25 on grading would not be worthwhile

The lack of lustre confirms my suspicion

No need to be suspicious.
It has been cleaned.
Evidence: EF condition, it would have been higher if it had not been cleaned. There is no evidence of mint luster. That has been removed by the cleaning.

Not to worry, it is a rather nice coin, anyway. Just enjoy it !

Anticipated value after grading not high enough to justify the grading and shipping fees.

I have a '37 Crown in exactly the same condition, also complete with cleaning. Despite it's problems, I am still happy enough with it.
