Wait a couple minutes and if that doesn't work try your local historical society. Tokens that do not have a town listed for the issue are called Maverick tokens. Report this Post to the Staff

I'm thinking this was a token featuring a standardized obverse, with the reverse die being made up to order. Notice the apparent H/N overstamp that I'd take to be a correction of an error. Depending on which state you reside in, there may be a catalog of merchant tokens you can consult. It was much appreciated, Ive learned that the token is from Gallup, New Mexico thats about all the info I could find, I'm going to get in touch with some of the museums in that area to see if I can find further info on this token.
