That is describing IDB-1c-2014-02 (cross reference SKH-1c-2014-18). Or maybe like UDC-1c-1940S-01. It says that a die brake or split is necessarily bisecting. Though part of this one does touch the rim....? They are closest things I can find. Hey CoinMasters, you posted while I was editing my last.
