Hello everybody :
I found this aluminum (token ?,medal ?,souvenir?...anything else ? ) early today in a Colombian fleet market and (one an half hours searching the internet ) I am unable to identify it .Could somebody be so nice and help me ?...Thanks a lot !

Maybe a Mardi Gras token but probably not. I LOVE Cajun food. That's a neat medal. You could write these people if nobody can answer your question. https://www.iacp.com/

I'd think this is likely a souvenir of a convention, of which New Orleans hosts quite a few. The IACP does in fact hold an annual conference.

Yeah, they eat pretty well there. I visited our plant there frequently when I was in the chemical industry.

Couldn;t find a sale of the same medal on ebay, but here is a (more recent?) souvenir of one of their conferences:
