@CG, it looks vaguely Indian to me, with that swastika and multi-layered hill on the second picture (which should be rotated CCW by 90 degrees). We have a couple folks who know this stuff way better than me who will weigh in.

I'm afraid it's a tourist replica; the surfaces are too smooth and the devices are too clear, indicating a machine struck coin.

It's imitating either a late Sunga or early proto-Satavahana coin, with a smattering of regal and Buddhist symbols. Genuine coins are usually either cast, or hammered. Usually the surfaces are quite rough and the details weak and indistinct.
