Any of these likely to do well in the numismatic after market, and trade above newly issued RCM premium above melt value?

@ el_69l
In a short answer, no.IMO
I just check all the releases and nothing really catches my interest. Coins are just to expensive and too many repeats. I'm on the fence on the 2018 Special Wrap Circulation Coin Roll 50 cents. Might pull the trigger on it, but that's all.

I wonder if the Bald Eagles coin will be a proof version of this bullion coin that is already being sold by Agusta Precious Metals?

@ commems Although I can't post a picture of the coin, I can tell you it's not the coin you mentioned. It's three mature eagle heads. Here are the specs:

@commems I like the bullion reverse better than the proof design. Is there a source that notifies you when there are new bullion releases or is this just a case of checking on a fairly regular basis. @JGG Holy crow... No joke but should be. I like the Green Frog, it is a fitting sequel to last year's gold colorized Raven and I like Andy Everson's work though the Thunderbird looks a bit too cartoonish in the RCM rendering. I will wait until I see it in hand. The other coin I like the look of is the 10oz WWI Armistice Anniversary. The reverse is consistent with the other WWI releases over the past few years in that the subject matter is addressed in a poignant manner without colorization, glass beads, odd shapes or other extraneous embellishments. I will wait to see this in hand but may end up getting one as it is a good looking coin. As for the rest... UFO eggs, Woolly Mammoth with Glass posing as ice, and a base metal special wrap at 2x face value... Not my taste.

Thank you for picture of bullion coin, Commems.
Successfull design, IMO. Let it remain bullion - the relief looks better than on the proof coins.
The UFO coin - is rotated 180 degrees Pysanka coin. Or we can say 'has some shape as Hot Air Baloon coin"
Not Canadian, but for this topic, Tunguska Event (1908) coin could be more spectacular.

With all of the "exclusive" deals the RCM makes with precious metals firms, it would be nice if someone was tracking them all. I periodically do internet searches for new issues - that is how I came across this "Eagle's Nest" piece. I like the design of it and will likely add a couple to my bald-eagle-themed collection.

A lot of expensive coins here. For silver coins, price point still way above intrinsic value IMO. Back in 2008 when silver was about the same price you could buy 1oz proof coin for $70. I know... inflation...
Gold is out of reach for me so I'm not even going to comment.
The 2018 Special Wrap $50 roll should do well as usual. But I'll pass.

Thanks to tracking and following the situation with the April release by the members on other forum, we have some indicators / news:
The "upside-down Pysanka" a.k.a Falcon Lake Incident coin went OOS within just few hours at CC&C VIP. Next day - returned to stock
And "The Thunderbird" coin, for which I find design very attractive (I would like to collect these, but will not do this) went OOS.

Out of stock? There will be plenty tomorrow, more next month, and for less than issue in a year. The hype for NCLT is gone.

Quote: The hype for NCLT is gone. When Henry Royce and Errett Lobban Cord entered the automotive industry, they were able to create the legends, valuable till now. Unlike them, when the CIT, Art Mint and similar started to mint actually unique coins, they managed to over-flood the market with their creations.

All of the coins in the April release are still available as pre-order on the RCM website; none are showing "Awaiting Stock" so it may only be CC&C's allocation that is OOS. With a mintage of 4,000 for the UFO and 5,000 for the Thunderbird, I doubt they will sell out before they are generally available from the RCM website.
