This penny has many issues.

#1 did bad die cause these punch marks?
I think there are retained die chips as well.

#2 Is there an additional image behind the backside of head as marked?

#3 in the word trust (obverse), is the letter (s) messed up by die or PMD?

#4 I think I see two letter (c)'s on the shoulder/arm and struck sporadically on obverse.

Thanks!

The only issue with this poor penny is the ZIN ROT setting in and bursting through the surface, gas bubbles caught below the Lam are just trying to pop up and creating those lovely raised blisters!
I suggest you spend it before it turns to this

Split plating is what started the trouble. Spender or toss in a lake to remove the ugly.. LOL
