I really like the design of this Judd-236, too bad this is a really bad fake. I would be interested in purchasing it if it was $5 or $10 dollars for use as a talking piece and/or learning.

P.S. Let's see how fast you guys can get it taken down!

The seller knows it's fake and may take a $10 offer. Send him/her a message and see what happens.

Really bad fake.

Here are the images of the fake, in case the listing gets taken down quickly:

it's so bad, it's cool.

It would be a great black book addition.

The reverse is interesting. What's the motto on the ribbon say?
I agree with nfine. Tell the seller you know it's a fake but you like it anyway (do you think honesty would work?) and make him an offer.

Probably not, but what's it going to hurt to ask?

The eagle feathers on the fake are amazing. They look like rows of cigars.

Would make a nice addition to my 'black' collection, but should fool no one, except a rank novice.

Hard to figure the upside on faking something like this.

Coinfrog, just ask Andrew99 what he paid for that and that might tell you why someone would want to fake it.

Andrew99: The face profile on Liberty looks a bit different to the example posted by Heymilkep.

I sure hope my suspicions are completely unfounded, and I am proved wrong.

So, Andrew99, where did you find it?

And was it in the range of a cheap used car, a decent used car, or a new Toyota Corolla?
