So I found an A Star Note. 2013. But.... there's a weird thing printed BEHIND THE Signature it says HW so it can't be just written on. Can anyone here explain this? Is it worth anything? Also can it be rare?

A post-BEP stamp of some sort, not actually behind the signature despite the appearance.

Just a guess, but I think that perhaps the black ink might just repel any other ink. It sort of looks like that -- to me. It seems the stamp ink is uneven around the area black ink. Just guessing....

ha!

Yeah, definitely post-BEP. Either in the black ink repels as Buddy suggests, or the light purple just is not visible on the strong dark black.

and keep hunting!
