Appears to be Foreign Material Struck Through under the "T" and connected at the "N' and "T" of Cent on the Reverse? Any thoughts on what this Material is? Thanks.

I would try an acetone bath first and then pick at it gently with a toothpick.

It looks like a piece of crud of some kind to me. I agree with using acetone on it and see if it comes off.

Spence, Spruett001, John1 I soaked it in Acetone and gently applied the toothpick. The Material seems to be solid. I will keep it as an example of Foreign Matetial since it looks interesting

I was trying to figure out what it was. But I think John1 hit it. If looks like something was spilled on the coin and the part on the top of the device was worn off. It may have moved and is not stuck under the base area.
