Can we see the other side? That would determine if it's a MAD or an off center, but yes it is a minor error.

This isn't a minor Misaligned Die. Don't forget that Misaligned Dies like this one carries a small premium too! They become collectible if the letters fall off the edge. Reverse pictures will be needed to determine if it's a Misaligned Die.

Right - have to see the other side. If the other side is normal than it's a Misaligned die - if the reverse matches your obverse then it's an offset

It is quite apparent it was struck out of collar, therefore it is an off center strike! But yes, need both sides of coin when pixing ALWAYS, will help to not only determine but to see other factors as well.

The reverse should show some weakness opposite the MAD area:
