Hello everyone I'm new to this site, but am an avid collector of neat coins. I stumbled across this and I just want a few opinions on what everyone thinks. It seems it was double stamped or maybe even stamped over a different coin, in the first image there is a 6 and other markings under the s in trust.

I can't really tell much from the pics, so I don't think there is anything major going on.

Better pics would be needed to see smaller issues, preferably straight-on pics.

Certainly could be, but as @crazyb0 points out, this would have occurred after this coin left the mint.

Business strike cents normally are only struck once. When a second strike happens you see part of the first strike remaining:
double Business strike:

Double proof struck:

I see nothing like that on your coin. On machine doubled coins the strike happens, then the diemovement after the strike alters the coin. But this all occurs on the single strike.

The MD alters the strike reducing the size of the devices.

Hub doubling enlarges the devices.
