I'd say F-10 to F-12 as well. I've been going through a ton of Walkers (working on my set), and there are a ton of really nice ones of 1940-1947, and they are very reasonably priced. If the "18.05" is the price tag for that '41, you could probably find one in XF for a similar price, and just a little more would get you a nice AU. Just my opinion tho...

i tend to grade based on the weakest element, which in this case is her torso... so a F- from me. The reverse is a bit stronger, probably a VG there. For that date, I wouldn't expect much of a premium over melt.
