I may be a sucker, but couldn't pass this up for $9. Thoughts on grade and problems? Thanks!

vf details, possible cleaning. Not sure if it is too much light hitting the high points(obverse) on the picture or a past cleaning
Rest in Peace

Technical grade at 20. Yes, its been cleaned, which only changes the value by a dollar or two. It's a perfectly acceptable inclusion in a collection.

This one came in today and the obverse was scratched. It is now on its way back to the seller.

The scratch isn't enough to detail it. I'm more interested in how they removed the scratch from the picture.
