It's hard for me to decide. Probably my 1861 Seated half (AU), my 1878-S Toned Morgan dollar (NGC MS63), or my 1830 CBH (ANACS VG8). Will post some pics in a second.

My St Gaudens Double Eagle would rate up there somewhere, (best gold coin design, ever), but I have others, not American.
Also have a proof FDC* 1937 British Five Pounds (5,501 struck)
My avatar is up there among my favorites as well.
*FDC = Fleur de Coin (French) = PF70.
