Good afternoon everyone!

I found this interesting... the coin sold via Heritage on 1/18/2018 for $1,140.00. Was then in an older ANACS holder, AU Details Cleaned Net XF 40. Just popped up on the ebay (seller is Sullivan Numismatics) in a PCGS holder as simply XF40, no mention of the cleaning.

Coin is best IDed with the line under ST of States and an scratch in the E of America.

Despite the removal of the Cleaning details, a shift from an AU to an XF40 seems like a BIG jump on the Sheldon Scale.

Seller is likely to make a pretty hefty profit courtesy of PCGS's new holder for this. The difference in HA sale and ebay list is already about ~$1400.

Sure doesn't look cleaned to me. I'll go with PCGS.

I'm pretty sure I saw this coin in hand at the ANA in Irving last month. Sullivan has a lot of neat errors. Looked fine and no obvious sign of a cleaning to me, though I wasn't looking to hard as I wasn't a buyer on it.
