I found two nice examples in AU53 and AU55 online. Waiting to get them delivered.

Not so fast sport! There's a large and small letter variety on the 58  PS, you can always get one of those nice Chinese 1856 "reproductions"...

I have only ever seen pics of Flying Eagle cents online. They are the most beautiful cent designs imho and I really want some or at least one. Should have luck metal detecting old settlements and ghost towns.. I need a metal detector pronto status.

I too need that evasive 1856 Cent. Wonder why the US Mint doesn't make some more now. China does.

Besides the one posted above, I have seen two other 1856 Flying Eagle cents in the $11,000 - $12,000 ranges. Those are tempting.

There is also the '57 with the reverse of '56.
