It is worth 1 cent. I am not sure if it is Struck Through Grease or due to wear.

How can you tell it is a Struck Through Grease issue? Note the letters: 'IN', they were wider than normal, why? Because some grease was inside the deeper part of the die on these letters. Thus only the bottom portion of the device show as wider:

Thus note how the devices are wider because of the tapered part of the is filled. When the devices are fully fill like on the date of your coin, the devices are missing. It looks like to me the die was wiped down with a cloth, moving all the grease into the deeper part of the die near the rim areas.

Also has a die crack coming off of the left corner of the Lincoln Memorial, but I don't see why this coin would be worth a premium over face value.
