I suppose it really depends on how bad those two cheek cuts look in hand. If the luster is overpowering, it might make 65.

MS-66. Very nice coin. edited once I got a look at this coin on a full size screen at home. To deep a cut on the cheek for a 66. MS65 with nice clean fields.

Cheek cuts are so common with Morgans. One of my cc Morgan looks very similar and is at 64. Apparently 63 is the average, You definitely have above average coin.
