Nothing short of superb!

AU59 if that is possible. AU58 - rub on head, shield, shin coupled with rub & couple of ticks on the leading edges of the wings hold this from MS.

Personally, would prefer to buy this in an AU slab versus an MS graded.

Love the original "skin".

Thanks. for sharing.

Id go AU58 also - beautiful coin but looks like a previous light buffing, especially on the reverse high points. But I'd say still market acceptable!
Rest in Peace

Technical Grade 58. Eye Appeal 8/10. A steal for that price.

I think it makes 58, 55 at worst. I like the sharp strike and beautiful color. You have a great eye for SLQs.

I see that you are inserting them into a dansco album. Have you thought about getting a capital plastics holder for the set? When I started collecting in the 80s, I saw a choice-gem BU SLQ set that a doctor was putting together through a dealer I knew. It was a beautiful set and one of my first memories of coin collecting. Capital plastics holders have gone away to some extent because ot TPGs, but I still collect by filling holes in my type set in a capital plastics holder. It was once the premier manner of keeping your coins - the preferred way by collectors like Louis Eliasberg and King Farouk of Egypt. It holds real retro allure for me. Something to consider. Look fwd to seeing your set grow.

I have considered capital holders, but I'm trying to get all my stuff into danscos first. When the set fills up more I will most definitely consider it. I love the look of the holders.

And yeah, I'll be posting every SLQ I get for the set on here. Will post updates soon :)
