What Would Cause This On A 1995 Nickel?

I came across this 1995 nickel and the belly looks strange, in that I mean you can see the edges of horizontal lines on the belly. Any ideas on how this would occur. Appreciate any comments. I see what you are talking about on your coin. that is not be die wear or polishing. those extra marks. those would have had to be on the die itself. or they would not be there on the coin. so yes that is and error coin.
