I will say 65RD with a chance at 66. A few marks on the reverse keep at 65 in my opinion though. It's a beauty though and 40-S was one of the harder dates to find in top condition like that when I was building my set. I believe I have since upgraded my 40-S from what is shown in my pictures for that very reason.
