Hi this is my first post here. I've come across this penny and was wondering if anyone could tell me anything about it. What is this error called or might it be worth something?

You have a coin that was damaged in a commercial clothes dryer. The coin takes large falls when tumbled, flattening the rim over the devices of the coin. We see that often here:

On another note, are you sure it's a '64? It looks more like a 1960-D to me, but the picture is a bit blurry.
