I was wondering if this 1921 wheat has a valid clip. As it is well worn I am finding it hard to tell.

Always remember that not all clipped planchets show the blakelsy effect

But this one does show the effect. The lack of height of the rim was caused by the weakness of the upset. Thus when you look at the rim area note, that it is not as tall as the rest of the rim opposite the direction of the clipped area.
