I have this 1920 Lincoln Cent that I recently found in a roll. I think it is a strong candidate for DDO. There are none listed any place that I can find. I need your opinion as to what this may be.

It is Machine Doubling. The clue? The affected area is below the devices. If it were hub doubling, then it would be the same height as the other devices. Just a hole filler coin.
Here is a side bu side to see how a doubled die is different from a normal die:

I agree, I thought it was MD too. Its all on one face of the device. flat and shelf like.. "Looks like" someone may have took a knife and hit the devices with it.
