The photos are a little grainy. Of course, that just might be the ICCS holder. Its hard to tell.
I see no real wear as such, and a decent but not great strike, my guess MS 62. Nice coin.

I agree, it looks like there is a little wear on the rev crown and the wreath, and maybe the highpoint on the obv braid/bun. And the grain-ness might be the photo or a cleaning.
I'd say AU-55 conservatively.

The crowns on these usually have weak strikes. 62RB, maybe 63RB.
