I use Yahoo as mail email for CCF emails. Yeah I know it sucks, but hey I'm used to it. Anyways I noticed I hadn't received any emails from CCF threads I am subscribed to in a while so I checked my spam folder. I found a bunch in there.

I already went through my spam an clicked all emails from CCF as "Not Spam". Several times actually. However they keep showing up there instead of my inbox.

Is there something else I can do? Has CCF been put on a permanent Spam list on Yahoo?

Thanks...Mont.

If they are showing in your spam folder, something in your Yahoo is flagging the CCF emails at spam. I don't use Yahoo for email, so I can't pinpoint where to look.

FYI - My email service has flagged CCF emails as spam, so I am not seeing them at all, inbox or spam folder. I have had to insert a go-between email service that is not flagged as spam.

Rest in Peace

If Yoohoo has a "block these emails" function like Outlook/Live.com does, check that folder for blocked IPs. I once was using that when deleting spam but apparently by mistake flagged CCF as spam and sent it to the blocked sender list. Was almost at the end of a massive list of IPs, over 4000!

What is recommended for an email provider? I use Yahoo and while I haven't had a problem with receiving anything (that I know of), I have had off-and-on issues with my PM replies being received. I don't have any topic subscriptions, so that's not an issue.

Yahoo! is on a downward spiral, now part of Oath! A/K/A Verizon's home for Web Sites & Brands of the 90s.

gmail is used by many

I like GMX (just google it)

It's free, and set up as many accounts as you like!

access the mail through their site, or use any email client (like Mozilla Thunderbird) and you can get just about ANY email gmail, gmx, hotmail, comcast, etc.)

yahoo is not sending PM to my account either. I seem to be able to send them but not receive. Not in spam folder either. Very strange
