Is this a business strike or proof? I have a hard time telling the difference.

Business strike. The proof coins have a very mirrored look on the fields.

Yours is a business strike, but a very nice example. Nothing wrong with that

Another good indicator is that proofs tend to have very sharp, squared rims. Business strikes, like this, usually have more rounded rims.

It's just a business strike as the others said, but it's a very nice one! Nice find! Because of its condition, it's a keeper.

Not sure what you're looking at? If you are referring to the bust outline on the reverse, then that would be PIDT.

I don't think they have a premium, but not as common as the wheat coin examples of PIDT. More of knowing what it is thing, that is the reward.
