I would like your thoughts on this coin. Is it a die scratch, scrape, hubbed debris? Thanks in advance!

I'm thinking it's a Die Scratch.

When die scratches are in the open fields, they tend to flatten with time. Die scratches around devices will remain longer next to devices. Die scratches inside of devices last the longest. Si if you're looking for a die scratch, look closer at the devices areas. Sometimes new die scratches cover old ones.
