for a long time my friend Apitrix of CCF and I had dreams of completing the set of 1944 and 1945 broken die War Nickels..i had purchased the 1945 for a low cost and posted it previously..it was one of my favorite buys and I've never seen another available before then or since then. then we set our eyes on a 1943 BU tombac with a massive obverse break we'd never seen before, we had to have it! and finally today through the magic of ebay, I finally have the honor of showing you all our set which now consists of the 1943, 1944 and 1945!

1944 is seller's photos!

we are more than happy and I'm glad to be the co-owner of this set and glad I get to share it with you...do the die breaks impress you as much as they impress me?

Definitely took quite some time to get them, but happy we got them! Quite a sight, and maybe with many more years, we can add a War Nickel Cud set to our collection! :)

Impressive Will and Kevin.
I like die breaks but I haven't got
any that can compete with those.
Wonder how many more strikes they
got out of those dies.

Good evening thedollarman

There are two 1945 coins here that come from the same die.
