I see what you mean on the date. Unfortunately, I think that's just MD ( Machine Doubling or machine damage). On devices with MD, like these, the "doubled" portion will appear as a low, flat shelf created by the die slipping after the strike. This causes the unaffected parts of the devices to become thinner, as opposed to widening on a doubled die. The spots in the central part of the coin appear to be some sort of residue. This coin doesn't carry a premium, but keep on looking, and something good will turn up.
