I think it is both the Greaser and an abraded die.look at the polished lines on the IN GOD...then Greaser striking on the reverse STATES OF ...

Chase nailed it 100%! The obverse is a polished away effect(abraiding), note the total edge area into the rim offset 360°, then the reverse has loss of detail but the devices are widened, a sure sign of grease filled device, normal thin but shallow like obverse shows a polishing of the die face making the total capacity of the devices to hold the metal a lot less.
REMEMBER:. Thick or thin equals Grease Fill or polished!
