I found this in a circulated bankroll from a bank box of U.S. Pennies. This one popped out of the roll and I noticed that the die was aggressively over polished in order to try to get rid of a Die Clash, causing the devices in the fields to completely disappear. This is the best examples I've ever came across CRH.

I'm surprised he's still got a neck.

Any chance of it being a Struck Through Grease?

That is a great example. I must admit that I would probably miss that one as it is so unexpected.

If it were a Struck Through Grease error, the digits would be wider. When you look at the date devices, they are thinner on the left side. The last digit is normal in size. The mint mark is also thinner. Why is this to be notable? Because of the clashes that happens in that area. ( the reason for the polishing)
