Hard to tell from the photo. It doesn't seem like the R looks unusual.

I'm not seeing anything either except for a gouge or contact mark going through the left side of the R and a stain on the T.

I see through the glare, MD on the 'R' on Liberty. The devices are not enlarged, no spread on the devices. No hub doubling.

I have a question on this one.
How does MD occur on just one device being that the device is between two others?

It varies sometimes because on how loose the mechanical issue that caused the problem. Here is a image that part of the image is often posted:

Note the left devices are more affected than the right devices? The swing of the machine altered the devices. When you get several OBW rolls of coins, then you can the MD is not always the same from strike to strike.

Note the same die markers are present on each coin, but each strike varied in the way MD affected each coin.
So it is how the machine alters the coin that shows that this varies, and MD can also show on doubled dies as well.
