I am not really a paper collector, but I think what you are seeing equates quite well with seeing "errors" on coins that are actually just MD or scratches. What you have pointed out can be found with frequency. I am going out on a limb here, though, so I could be totally wrong.

Really not significant enough to be considered errors.
Minor imperfections, like the ones you point out under magnification, can be found frequently.

If you're pointing out the minor over inking of the number 7 in the serial number, stick around, we tend to see samples of this every week.
Edited to add; Another common minor error we see on a regular basis is a minor dropped digit.

Nothing I see comes close to declaring this an error note.
Ask yourself this. If someone else had this note, how much would you pay them to make it yours ?

with Steve. Nothing on the note is an error. It's all within the normal range inking of BEP produced notes and doesn't even come close to what would be considered an inking error.

Not an error. Common on these notes. In the future, use the "EDIT" button at the top of your post instead of making tons of one line posts.

Like I always say.. If you have to magnify it and circle it to highlight what you're questioning, it's likely not an error.
