So I've been watching this coin on ebay for a while but it slipped away for $155 ICCS EF-45. Again, I waited too long. Anyways,I wanted your thoughts in the different finishes for this coin. I know the business strikes are more desired and can be way up there in price so it's pretty much out of my reach. That said, would you go with a specimen or PL and why?
