Obverse is a solid XF40, all of the tail feathers are delineated; the color looks correct and normal; lots of rim crumbling and rim Cuds from the late die state, some centrally-located die swelling. Reverse has had a tougher go of things but still VF35 with a few scattered nicks and dings.
I think this coin would slip into a TPG XF40 holder without too much difficulty.
