I have found that "The Only Cent" had a vertically standing and taller "2" than "the left tilted 2" of normal cent and Mr Coop's "Proof 1962 Cent".

Well there is only one normal size for that year. All devices smaller than normal were altered by die polishings or damaged during circulation.

All of the 1962 normal cents were left tilted, except "The Only Cent" was vertically upright standing, and l think it was impossible to alter
a tilted "2" to a vertically upright "2" by circulation damage or die polishing,if so then we could find lot of such circulation "Upright 2" cent.

The Upright"2"(The Only Cent)

According to my sources, there is no 1962-D small date/large date variance. Multiple users have expressed this same fact. Sorry that your mind is not accepting opinions from multiple experts. This discussion is going no where.
