chgk1328 Valued Member 142 Posts	Posted 07/18/2018 11:10 pm All of the 1962 normal cents were left tilted, except "The Only Cent" was vertically upright standing,and l think it was impossible to alter a tilted "2" to a vertically upright "2" by circulation damage or die polishing,if so then we could find lot of such circulation "Upright 2" cent.
