This should be on its way in the mail shortly. The only photos I have so far is this of both sides. Once I have the coin in hand I can take better photos. Med or High 9?

To me, it looks like a smaller 9 or a different font.

If I wanted to get this graded what are my best options for company? I'm not a PCGS member and now live in the US. ICCS is notoriously hard on non red coins so is it worth sending to them?

PCGS is the way to go if you live in the US for sure, just for shipping fees and possible border issues.

Well it will be off to PCGS shortly. Don't know how long it will take but will follow up with results.

Judging by the pattern of the toning on both sides - just be aware that this one might come back from PCGS with "Genuine - Questionable Colour"....

The color looks a lot more natural in person, it may look over the top in the last two photos due to my photos being taken in direct sunlight.

It is not the colour that concerns me. It is the toning patterns with respect to the open fields, proximity to devices and the higher elevated devices... PCGS is pretty picky with Canadian bronze. It might come back just fine, but I just wanted to caution you to be prepared in case it does not...
