Very nice! These RPMs are very difficult to find.
Out of 189 boxes I got one ea. of 1971-D, 1973-D, 1989-D, and eight 1984-D RPMs.

Thanks Earle42. I went in to pick up my weekly order of boxes of cents and the teller told me they got a box of halves in with the shipment and asked if I wanted them. I got them and found the Magician Coin, this RPM, a 1986 Commemorative half of the Statue of Liberty, and one 40%er. I didn't realize these were that scarce. Thanks for the info.

Since you like varieties, here is the total list of what I was looking fro and what I got got from those 189 boxes: Also eight total magician coins and 15 gold plated. (note: RD - Rotated Die) Not sure why the 1908-S and 1942 do not have a 1 beside them! The 1994 Spiked nose listed is shown below. On the REV of this one is a raised "device" under the eagle. I labeled them as "molting eagles." I have never seen another reference to these anywhere. I just happened to find some. The clashes listed could be quite heavy. In my notes I called them a Rhino Nose: I miss roll searching, but my source bank would not let me do it anymore.

Looks like you got most of your wanted list filled. The spike nose came up quite a bit and I especially like the rhino nose. I search mainly cents but now and again I get something different from my bank. Usually when they get customer wrap rolls in, they call me to see if I want them. I always get them, no matter what denomination. Too bad your bank shut you down, that would be discouraging. Thanks for posting the photos and list.

It took quite awhile online and searching different sources to find the list I ended up with. I learned a lot about actual rareity b/c of this list. As to the No FGs, I am convinced all but the 1972-D, 1982, and 1966 proof are from the dies being polished. I saw one post )somewhere in all the research!) where one guy had said he had found many dates without an FG). However, I am picky when it comes to these. I want absolutely no trace of an FG. I have seen many slabbed ones claiming to be no FG variety when the initials are clearly there when you tilt the coin. Many sold on ebay are this way.

I know what they are and don't fall for these. These are just die events. Give me a real variety. When someone tries to sell die events, they probably will find that they are a hard sale. But a known variety, you can't go wrong, in my book.

But I only kept the ones when there is not a trace of the letter at all no matter the angle/lighting. To me its like all the gold plated halves that can be found. I value them at close to 50¢ each. Its just somehow difficult to let them go. Same with the "no F" pieces. Fifty cents max.
