I could be wrong but I think it's just PMD. Are you asking if the eye is doubled? If so, I don't think so. There are "doubled eyes" but from what I remember it's usually right below the eye on the ones that are. I guess that doesn't always have to be the case, I just seem to only remember the ones that are right below the original eye. Like I said though, I'm prob wrong.

Yep, pretty sure this one's gonna be a case of PMD, BO and probably a STD. I thought it was neat that every time I turned it he was looking in a different direction. But I'm super excited that I spent so much time taking pictures, cropping and uploading....

I'm not sure on this, but maybe this will help you out. I'll post a very recent CCF thread about a 1969 D LMC having doubled eyelids. Read Coop's explanation on it and look at his demonstration pictures by scrolling down the page. Hopefully, this helps. http://goccf.com/t/318522

Keep in mind, the eyelid would be raised and not incuse. If something is incuse, it is usually damage.
