Found it with my grandfather's coins, not sure what this is. Other side is completely smooth with no pattern at all.

I would guess some kind of native American tourist trinket. I'm afraid I'm not knowledgeable enough to tell you which culture might have produced or inspired it.

Seems vaguely Mayan to me, some kind of souvenir from Mexico/Central America maybe.
