ItchyN Valued Member United States 121 Posts	Posted 05/14/2018 01:03 am The die markers mentioned in CPG all line up, so you do have FS-102. What's curious to me is that except for the notched E (STATES), the rest looks like strike and or Longacre doubling. Perhaps this is one that needs looking at under a scope. Doubled dies are doubled in one direction and may show doubling on two sides of a letter but not on three or all four sides. STATES is DEFINITELY showing Longace doubling.
