I love seeing the contents of the time capsule/cornerstone, wish they would have waited until 2021 to open it though.

The half and quarter appear to be 1920.

It is interesting that the time capsule was not moisture proof so that some of the papers were damaged and so was the copper one cent.

There is a lesson here for anyone who wants to bury something to preserve it.

That 5 cent piece is probably high grade. From the CBC photo, it looks like it has a lot of detail and luster. It was capsuled in August 1921, so it couldn't have circulated much.

Even if not Mint State, I'd bet its AU.
