@NS, I am really enjoying your pick-ups as you build your US coin collection. You have some very nice pick-ups IMHO, including this piece. However, this one looks like it has a small area of damage below the wreath on the rev. Or is that a small counterstamp? I can't quite tell.

Appears to be a dig on the reverse at last A in AMERICA, I like this date, but couldn't afford the big price at the moment.

Looks to be the real deal. A shame re: the scratches on the bust and the divot on the reverse, but nonetheless a cool rarity to own. FR2

These seem to be fairly easy to get in low grades. I have it at FR-2 details. Priced about right. I have 2 of these. One in AG-3 (cleaned) and one G-4 original problem free.
Nice pick up.
