westernsky Pillar of the Community United States 7620 Posts	Posted 05/15/2018 2:20 pm I believe the upper right number is the note's Treasury serial number while the lower left number is the individual bank serial number. The BEP eventually did away with this numbering system later on towards the end of the large size National bank note issuance.
