I think this prison token is both a broadstrike and the reverse was struck through cloth. Can anybody offer a second opinion or otherwise enlighten me if I'm wrong?

Those are plastic aren't they? Why would it be broadstruck?

Produced by Ingwersen manufacturing using injection mold production. Neither broad struck or cloth is possible.

It appears that the side with the "cloth" still has pieces adhering.

They are molded, not struck. Looks like spit and dust sticking to it. Yuk.

Freshly released from the mold they can be a bit sticky still, especially if the chiller isn't working efficiently. I ran some injection mold machines for a little bit years ago.

These often get brittle or sticky. When sticky it's like trying to shake off a chunk of peanut butter.

When sticky they grab anything they come in contact with, leaving impressions.
