@chgk1328, any chance of getting a close-up pic that is less pixellated? Right now, I can't tell if it is an RPM or just damage.

More of an issue with the zinc plating peeling off the coin. (Or steel plating if reprocessed) Just not a pretty sight.

Keep in mind this they used steel dies and steel planchets. So the dies broke down faster. In the die that struck your coin, a vertical die crack started on the 'S' mint mark.
